Gold
Two of her paintings were commissioned by the Citigold Corporation.
One hung for many years in the foyer of Jupiters Casino in Townsville. This work celebrated the discovery of gold by an Aboriginal boy, Jupiter Mosman, in 1871 at Charters Towers.
The other is a portrait of Jupiter Mosman and hangs in the World Centre in Charters Towers in North Queensland.
Gouache On Paper
Marji’s artworks range from large oil paintings on canvas
to very small works on paper – gouache being her favorite medium.
These small works on paper are simple responses to land and sea environments.
Art Cards
Marji has built up a substantial collection of art cards based on small miniature paintings and painted with gouache.
